Where we ship We ship worldwide. 🌍
Free shipping Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional carrier or customs delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email northpawsupport@gmail.com.
Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping.
Wrong or incomplete address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address, but we'll do our best to help.
Lost or stuck packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days or your package appears lost, contact northpawsupport@gmail.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
