Return & Refund Policy

Our promise We want you and your dog to love your NorthPaw gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to start a return Email us at northpawsupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked, insured method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items shipped back without tracking.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email northpawsupport@gmail.com. The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund, including shipping — see our Warranty terms below.

1-Year Warranty Every NorthPaw harness is covered for one year from the date of purchase. If a buckle, strap, or stitch fails due to a manufacturing defect within that period, we'll replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, improper use, or accidental damage.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or worn items, or on final-sale/clearance products (these will be marked at checkout).
